The balance in the media area changed for the better once the media console was there.
It is easy to appreciate this media console on an ordinary weekday because it feels so at home in our family room.
For the TV room, the room did not need a full redo; adding this media console was enough to make it feel considered. I was aiming for a calmer overall arrangement, and nothing around it had to change. The overall effect feels considered without becoming precious. This ended up being exactly the kind of update the TV room needed.
