I was aiming for understated, and this bed landed in the right place visually. The room looks intentional without feeling arranged for a photo. The space feels more restful and finished now. Seeing this bed with the rest of my bedroom makes the whole arrangement feel more connected. This ended up being exactly the kind of update my bedroom needed.
I kept coming back to this bedroom piece because it looked like it would suit our primary bedroom, and it does. I would choose the same direction again for this space.
I bought this bed for everyday life rather than for show, and that is exactly how it feels in my primary bedroom.
