One thing I appreciate is how the sofa gives the main sitting area presence without making it feel crowded. It felt a bit more noticeable than I expected at first, but the room settled around it quickly. It has earned its place in the room.
For me, the living room piece works because it feels just as natural during movie nights as it does when the room is tidy. It works with the rest of our furniture instead of competing with it. It fits the relaxed way we actually use the room. I was more interested in how the room would feel after a few weeks than in the first five minutes. I can see this staying in the room even if we change some of the surrounding pieces later. No regrets on this one.
Set into the living room, the sofa creates a better sense of balance without becoming too dominant. My partner was unsure at first, but likes the room much more now.
